New Kid in School: Marek from Noho
Hi All! I'm Marek, 36-year-old investor from North Hollywood, California. Been living in Los Angeles since 1998. New to real estate investing, but eager to learn. I've been reading through Bigger Pockets, bookmarking like crazy, taking pages and pages of copious notes. I make a comfortable living in IT for a Silicon Valley start-up, but I'm looking to create a side business and passive income sources (the hamster wheel can only spin for so long until the hamster tires). I have 2 kids (5 yo and 9 yo) who are growing up fast, and I'm starting to plan for their futures. Thanks for reading and I look forward to chatting!
