Hi All! I'm Marek, 36-year-old investor from North Hollywood, California. Been living in Los Angeles since 1998. New to real estate investing, but eager to learn. I've been reading through Bigger Pockets, bookmarking like crazy, taking pages and pages of copious notes. I make a comfortable living in IT for a Silicon Valley start-up, but I'm looking to create a side business and passive income sources (the hamster wheel can only spin for so long until the hamster tires).
