Hi Everyone!

My name is Jeff and I just wanted to introduce myself!  I'm new to the site as well as new to Orange County in Southern California!  I lived in San Francisco as a student and dentist for the past 10+ years and am now settling in to Socal and looking to start investing in real estate.  I'm optimistic that this site and forum will be invaluable to me and hopefully as my journey progresses I can share as much information and knowledge with all of you!  If you're local to Southern California, say "Hi!"  Thanks for reading and look forward to learning and making some $$$!
