Hello all, my name is Austin Tracey and I live in Fishers, Indiana. I am a young professional currently working full time as a commercial site design engineer and consultant. Working in this profession, many of my clients are real estate developers and investors. This has given me a unique perspective to be a small part of the action, but at a distance where I do not reap the real rewards (to be fair, my seat comes without the risk as well).

As I am sure is the case with most everyone in this community, I realized one thing I strongly desire in life is financial freedom. After working backwards from that goal, I saw a possible path from my current situation to my end goal through real estate. I've been lucky to experience many aspects of developing property through my job and think this could be a good route for me.

Unfortunately I have no money to do this myself at this time. I do have a tool belt full of skills though. Additionally I am about a week away from obtaining my Broker License which will add another tool for me to use. I am not quite sure how I am going to start down this road yet, but I've joined this community eager to learn and take in as much information as possible. In the meantime, hit me up if I can be of assistance to any of you! I look forward to becoming more active in this community!

-Austin
