Hello all,

My name is DeLante Shepard and I'm a note finder in Columbus, Ohio. While I am familiar with this site, the concept of online social networking is still new to me. I'm still a newbie in the real estate note business, as I have yet to complete any deals, but am fortunate to say that I am currently working on two. Not really concerned about my lack of real estate experience, as learning about the various aspects of real estate comes along with learning about notes. My goal is to one day be known for helping people by utilizing my knowledge in the cash flow industry to assist them with creating, buying, and selling their mortgage notes.
