Hey everybody my name is Josh.  Here's my situation .  I bought a house outright  for about a fifth of its total value.  I've since  decided that I'd like to turn it from a one-family dwelling into a two-family. So after doing a little research  online  I found BiggerPockets  and and I'm hooked .

If anybody could send me links, recommend books , articles, specific podcasts,  or even direct advice is all much appreciated.  Anything that will help speed up the process  of learning the basics. I don't mind putting in the time  but I'd like to use my time as efficiently as possible!

Thanks everybody! I'm looking forward to becoming a part of this community
