Hello folks. Another newbie to wholesaling real estate. I've been trying to learn as much as possible from experienced investors via forums & from real estate agents who work with investors.

I've now decided to step out (sweat...butterflies...etc.) & make some offers on properties because someone said 'to learn all you can, but at some point you have to start making offers. If you aren't making offers you aren't making money.'

I took that to heart. I've made 6 offers in the last 6 days. I haven't gotten any approved yet (one turned down), but hopefully I'll hear good news on them by the deadline--which is COB on Friday.

I'm interested in getting together with someone in the Fairfax County area of Northern VA to get some "on-the-job" training. I'd really like the opportunity to cover all the mechanics with someone that's done it a few times. Once I get accepted offers I need to know how best to move property in this area. Are the offers sound? Not to mention seeking answers for all the other questions I still have. :D
