i've been sifting through this forum for info. i think forums have some of the greatest minds and a wealth of information. i'm a part of another forum (not related to real estate) where i'm one of the seasoned posters so i totally appreciate the warm welcome. :)

i have purchased a course on wholesaling and it has given me a few strategies on building a buyers list. my journey began when i purchased that course. i'm here to learn from the pros of the wholesaling biz and soak in all the knowledge.
