Hello everybody, welcome!

My name is Josh, and im 18 years old. Ive been interested in real estate/stock market investing since I was about 15. Im from a small town in Northern Indiana (GO IU BASKETBALL),

however, I plan on moving to Texas as soon as im done with college (which is in 1 year), probably in the Dallas area. Texas I hear is very Conservative, and doing very well economically. I have a passion to make money, so I might as well do it there. Anybody from there?

Im really popular for my Conservative/Libertarian views on www.reiclub.com. Im very right wing/Libertarian, huge Ron Paul supporter. Ill probably run for office some day, because I love politics. I hate big government Liberals with a passion.... (hopefully this board isnt full of them)

Im not sure exactly what kind of real estate investing I want to get in, but its probably renting. 2% rule baby!
