Hey everyone, excited to be here! I've been working in the corporate world for the past 20 years doing a very important, but a very boring job :)

I've been trying to keep myself entertained by doing a number of things in real estate and the online world.

In 1998 I made an investment in a condo in brooklyn,NY . Did a couple of flips in my staten island , NY in 2000-2003.

In 2003-2004 I invested in condos in Miami, which was great. In 2005 invested in Philly, which was a disaster.

After the 2008 crash I kind of lost faith in RE, which was a big mistake. I ended up unloading some properties at a huge discount.

All in all I have about a dozen of RE deals that overall worked out well. Most importantly I learned a ton of things.

Since 2009 I have been investing in web properties exclusively. Buying web sites (ecommerce, service, content sites) from someone who's no longer interested in running it with the intent to grow and resell. Did a few of those and currently spending most of my time doing exactly that. I also got back in the RE game investing into a flip with 2 other partners.

I hope this wasn't too long or boring. If you have any questions about anything I'll be happy to connect and chat.

Looking forward to working with you all.

Paul.
