My Never Submitted Intro

Since joining BP, I have been a slacker when it comes to participating and adding to the forums. I want to change that and be more of a contributor rather than just a taker. To that end, the best way to start is with a never submitted intro about our company Intrepid Investing LLC. I have another post of interest to follow in the appropriate forum.

Todd, Fred, and I combined forces at the end of last year to become both buyers and lenders with our own private funds.  We have done two deals in IA and GA to start. Straight lending in IA.  Joint venture in GA.  Both have proven to be win-wins. Two more in IA are in the works.

We are looking to do more. AL (Birmingham and Huntsville), IA, GA, TN, FL, and TX, all with lower ARV $ properties, have special appeal to us. We will also entertain wholesale assignments. Investing outside of our local areas in Chicago, Silicon Valley, and Mexico does not faze us if the numbers work and the deal secure.

I could go on, but suffice it to say we would be interested in partnering with individuals in this esteemed group.  One helping another and vice versa.  I truly believe if we can help you reach your goals, it will come full circle back to us as well.
