Hello All,

I have been interested in investing in real estate for a few years but never pursued it as I am today. Since committing to this goal of becoming a successful real estate investor, I have found several helpful resources to include BiggerPockets.com (via Podcasts). I hope to learn a lot from the BP community, and maybe one day, be a featured guest on the BP Podcast!! Thanks to all in advance for sharing your knowledge.
