New member needs help with bank owned property in DC
Hello fellow investors,
Does anyone have information on how to approach a bank for bank owned properties? Need help ASAP!

Not sure what you mean exactly. Is the property listed? If so get an agent and submit an offer. If it is not, at some point the bank will offer it up for sale via the MLS or auction and you will have to wait till that happens.
