Hello everyone,

Let me start by saying how enthused I am to join the bigger pockets community! My name is Massimo, I'm 24 years old and live in Valdosta GA. I'm a very determined individual that believes the harder I work the luckier I get. When I was 17 I decided all I wanted was the "American Dream" to buy my own house. I spent the next 2-3 years working and saving up. I wanted to speed the process up and started flipping motorcycles and managed to pull a 10k profit to give me just enough for my down payment. Success!! At 20 I purchased my first house. Obviously at this point I lined up two roommates to rent out the other rooms. This is when the initial thought of real estate investment came to mind. My dream was to own my own business. To make a long story short, over the next 4 years I went to college majoring in business, got tired of spending all my extra money on tuition (wasn't taking out loans) thinking to myself why am I paying for tuition when I could be investing the money and letting it work for me. During this time I was in management at my previous company which I recently resigned from and now I'm a GM for a local moving company. I've spent this year taking in as much information on real estate and now I'm obsessed. I'm not set on any real estate path but leaning towards multi-family housing giving my current situation. I joined to gather more information and insight from individuals who are experienced and passionate about real estate. I'm excited to hear from everyone!!

Cheers!
