Hello from Phoenix AZ
Hello everyone. My name is Kevin from the Phoenix AZ area. I am happy to have found this site, this is the best source for real estate info I have seen on the web.
I am new to real estate and at this point my goal is to obtain as much knowledge about real estate as I can. I am very interested in buying rental properties for the cash flow but I'd also like to learn what other alternatives are out there.
I have been getting a lot of useful information here, particularly about the rental business. I have read many of the posts of MikeOh and his book ''1 Minute to Rental Property Riches'', which was very informative.
Thank you to everyone for all your contributions here on BiggerPockets.
Welcome to the overtaking of BP from Phoenix KJ!
This is the best and most informative place on the web for REI in my opinion. Good job on supporting fellow members products.
And when you thought it was quiet relating to AZ boom they come again
Welcome to BP KJ.

Matt,
Are you an investor?
Welcome to the forum kevin. Phoenix is a good area for investing. Cant wait to hear your success stories.
Hello Kevin, I just spent a year in Phoenix. One of your other income alternatives in that market may be to wholesale REO's or short sales. Best wishes getting started.
