Hello. I am Terrence Prather, I currently reside in Lawrenceville, Ga a suburb of Atlanta. I am a new member with interest in learning flipping method(s). My interest are to communicate with an experienced investor and perhaps work as a "Bird Dog" finding properties that meet an investors criteria. I am detail oriented with a customer service background. I am a working musician (conga player in photo) and would like to communicate with an investor concerning property locating as a service.

My goal is to learn Real Estate flipping metod(s) and investment and earn enough to purchase a retirement home.
