New Investor from Frisco, TX
My name is Heather Gall and I live in Frisco, TX. I and my husband are interested in getting started with investing. We have sold and purchased many homes but all were for us to live in, not for investments. We would like to start wholesaling and then buy, fix and sell. We are looking to make connections to help us start this new business venture. I am currently a stay at home mom and have been working from home as a natural health educator. I came across BP when I was researching on the internet and am excited to be here and I look forward to learning and connecting!

Does anyone know whether any brand new homes can be purchased for investment rental purposes in Frisco area? I checked with a couple of new home communities and they said that if i buy i have to live there and can't rent it out as it may reduce the property value of the community. Thanks in advance for the answers.
