Hey BP!

So my reason for being here is pretty simple. After living on a sailboat and busting my butt working in L.A. for a year, it became painfully clear to me that having passive income would be essential if I wanted to truly live the "yacht life". So I came back home to Arkansas to get it done and get back to the ocean ASAP.

Ol' Cody Sperber out in AZ lit up the wholesaling light bulb in my head and I used the light from that idea to read every REI book I could find since. I wont get too deep into the details of my business here as I'm not sure about the forum rules.

I'm excited about getting to learning more about/from you all and hope that I prove to be occasionally useful as well. I welcome any/all critiques of my site as well as myself professionally.
