Hello,

I'm a recently retired Firefighter/Paramedic who became a Florida Realtor in the Lee County area a few years ago. I've invested on a few properties over the years and am now looking to partner up with other investors for purchases and looking for wholesalers in the area to find me fix and flips. I'm looking for 2/2's and 3/2's that will net me 20% or more after repairs.
