How do you pull a LOC on a rental property?

Hi All, I'm new to this forum and have really enjoyed the expertise demonstrated by the contributors. Thank You all for the help to date. I have several rental properties and would like to pull LOCs for them. My bankers have told me that this isn't allowed. Can someone shed some insite into how to proceed or alternate approaches?

Call up small and medium sized banks and ask their commercial loan dept, if they handle lines of credit. Large banks won't, but smaller banks are often keeping those loans in-house and are thus more flexible.

I just put a line of credit against a bunch of my rentals by calling around.
