Hello Bigger Pockets. My wife and I own two properties in the Denver metro; we live in one and and rent the other. We bought these properties in 2008 and 2011 when the market was depressed, so we have gained significant equity. I would like to learn about strategies to leverage this equity as we would like to add more properties to the portfolio soon. We are considering buying property in Colorado and Oklahoma. My family owns lots of income properties in Oklahoma, so it would be easy for us to utilize their vendors to manage the business. Also, the prices in Denver are getting out of my comfort zone.
I look forward to connecting with the community here for tips and support!
Regards,
Chris
