Canadian Abroad interested in Student Housing

Hi BP Community!

I'm a Canadian raised on the west coast and living in Edmonton, currently playing volleyball in Germany. I've spent the last few weeks and 100+ hours digging into many of the resources on BP and in the REIN network, and now want to join the conversation!

My current interest is in student housing and the gap I see in demand and affordable supply in the Edmonton area. Obviously this is preliminary but it's the niche I feel I have the most experience with as a recent grad. I've listened to and read most posts or podcasts about student housing on the forum(thanks @Roy N!), but I would love anything you can throw at me, even if I may have seen it before I appreciate the support!

I've got a few questions already but I'll post those in a separate thread, thank you for your replies in advance!

Chris
