Grew up unschooled, on self-development books and courses and some small seminars on real estate investing etc. I'm still a newbie but looking to grow.

I know some stuff but haven't done any deals of my own yet, but I have great credit, a great heart, great work ethics and I mean business!

We had an inherited home we rented out as a Vacation Rental for a few years and I was the property manager for it at 19 :).  But in 2008 we lost our own home and moved into it. I'm currently 28, living on my own in a studio that is less than 200 sqft wahoo! :) taking a minimalist approach to living small so that I can live bigger in other realms. Learning is always key and so is surrounding yourself with the right people.

Life is good.

Seeking to build a passive income so that I can quit my job etc.

I have a mom and 2 brothers who are ALL interested in getting real estate going as well so we can all quit our jobs and pursue our dreams of starting non profits, writing books, traveling the world, etc.
