I am 22 years old with small family in Kentucky. Seeking a mentor or advice on where to find one. Looking to make my first Investment for my family and to keep the real estate ball rolling.

Hi @Steven Lugo, You definitely have the right frame of mind in seeking a mentor - a seasoned local investor can be invaluable in helping you learn the tricks of the trade here.

I definitely struggled to find some great mentors myself, however, and I think that my experience could perhaps be of value to you!

Perhaps this guide, "The Ultimate Guide to Finding Incredible Mentors" can help you start your search for a mentor that will help you in your real estate journey!

@Steven Lugo welcome to the community. A local mentor would definitely be helpful. You can find tons of information to help you right on this site as well. There are all the resources you need out there you just have to find them. Most importantly though is just to take action and learn yourself.
