Hey guys, figured I'd take a moment to introduce myself here. I stumbled upon this website recently while trying to do a little research on real estate investing. I'm mostly interested in flips and rentals but I am still exploring other facets. I'm 25 and work in the architecture/engineering industry. My goal is to gain the knowledge and confidence needed to really get started and on the right path. I look forward to learning and hearing about other people's experiences.

Thank you all. I have already started looking into the podcasts and I will be downloading the Ebooks as well. 

@Adam Anderson I plan on investing in the North Jersey area. Passaic, Bergen county, Edgewater, Fort Lee areas. 1) these areas are close to me. and 2) they are fairly desirable areas. The key will be to find the right deals of course.

The best way to jump into buy and hold ownership is to target an owner occupied multi family home with an FHA loan - which means only 3.5% down payment. Send me a message if you want more details. : )
