Hello future Hey my name is Jeshua as you can probably see.  I am a new member of BP. The reason I joined is because I want to invest in real estate. I'm only 17 but I don't want that to hold me back. I definitely don't see myself as the typical kid. I don't know any other people only wanting to be 18 so that people will sign contracts with them. But most people aren't successful only the people who are different are successful. And that one of the many reasons I love being A little weird.  I once went to camp and had a 3 guys ask "what's your favorite video game". I told them that I don't know I don't really play them. Then all the guys gave me that your such a weirdo look I get a lot, and they said "what do you do all day then stare at a wall?" I wanted to laugh but held it in. But I definitely have leaned that most people my age won't understand why I don't know any music because I just listen to podcasts.  But I know you are the sum of the 6 people you hang out with. So I hope to find lots of awesome people here and make lots of beneficial relationship for me and you.

Welcome to BP @Jeshua Moore. I believe you can sign contracts now. It is the other party that cannot enforce them though. 

Remember your youth is an advantage; you are young, energetic, hungry and anxious to make your mark on the world. Who wouldn't want to work with someone like that?

Thanks @Ned Carey I really appreciate the encouragement. And your right about the contracts I can sign them but most people know someone under 18 can void contents they get in. (With some exceptions like student loans) This makes a problem as they won't want to do a contract with me.
