Hello everyone,
My name is Josh and I'm 27 years old and I've been a bartender most of my adult life. I worked at many establishments where the clientele was top notch and i always knew i would never achieve that kind of status while being a bartender. Working for myself was always my dream and real estate was the answer. Currently I'm moving to las vegas still stuck in the rat race of finding a job but i want to pursue real estate bc its my dream. I went to a couple of seminars and one of them was a company Renatus where they want 20k for their education on real estate. what should i do? Ive researched them and it seems legit plus they have an A+ rating on BBB. I stumbled on this site while researching them and really glad i found it bc i had no idea about this website. I know you can education anywhere but the network involved is invaluable. Im definitely motivated to get started but what should i do ?
