Hello from West Bloomfield, MI

Hi everyone -

I'm Andy from West Bloomfield in metro-Detroit, MI.  I work at a CPA firm where I have been for the past six years since I completed schooling.

I own my own home (well, I'm paying the bank until I really own it...) but that is the limit of my real estate experience. I'm just getting into the RE investing world to add in some diversification to my existing portfolio. It's also something I've thought about for a long time and thought it would be an exciting and rewarding experience, so I am working on taking those first steps now. My coworker and I have set up an LLC to purchase our first property, and we are looking at buy-and-hold rental properties to generate some additional cash flow - starting small and looking to grow over time.

I forget what exactly I was searching at the time, but it brought me to Bigger Pockets and I'm extremely glad I came across it.  Looking forward to meeting some new people and tapping into the wealth of knowledge on this website!

Regards,

AK
