Hello BP, I am a novice investor from the Manheim area looking to acquire my first property! I am 21, and am employed as a carpenter. I became interested in investing after reading Robert Kiyosaki's rich dad poor dad. I have continued to read about real estate and look at properties online, but have not taken the initiative to buy a property or even contact a realtor yet. I am leaning toward doing a few flips initially, so that I have sufficient capital to start building a portfolio of cash flow producing properties. Any local insights or referrals to good realtors, accountants, attorney's, etc, would be appreciated!!

God Bless-Travis
