Hi everyone!  I signed up a year ago and must say, My periodic visits to this site over the past year have really kept me focused on getting my financial ducks in a row and finally achieving my long time goal of owning a multifamily property and starting a portfolio of buy and holds. In December My girlfriend and I closed on a duplex, one side move in ready, the other side complete with renters who have been there for over 3 years. I've found many helpful recommendations on these forums already. I look forward to contributing to the BP community, and to all of us reaching our real estate goals!
