Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself. I'm new into the real estate industry. Maybe not the best time to come into the industry, but so far I have loved every minute of it. My background has been with accounting, management, finance/insurance and sales in the automobile and motorsports industry. I decided to switch to real estate because I've seen that there is a broader spectrum of income potential here. I think with the market the way it is, and it seems to be nation wide, I want to move more into helping people that are facing foreclosures on their homes. Any and all opinions are welcome! I've enjoyed reading the articles and forums on here and have learned much already.
