Hi all,
I've been browsing the site for a long time before joining...don't really know why I didn't do it sooner...
A little about me:
Licensed Charleston, SC area agent.
Current primarily focus on brokering lease-Option transactions.
Extensive background in the mortgage lending industry.
I've been investing in flips and a few new construction spec builds since 2004. I love bigger pockets and really respect the passion and knowledge that many of the other members here have for investing.
I hope all of the other members here are doing what ever inspires them and truly hope that everyone has a great 2015!

i past a whole month before posting anything and didn't know why. BP members are very helpfull and friendly they helped me build confidance for my first deal alone.

I'm in the Columbia area. I've heard good things about the Charleston market, just don't have the time or resources to really get down there consistently at this point to check it out.

your in one of the very best RE markets in the country right now... NO NEED to go anywhere else.. it does not get any better than whats happening in your market.. well its on a par with Austin.. Portland , Bay Area ,, LA etc. True equity and true profits... I am digging in it... But you won't get over run because like the bay area and other high priced areas there is no Quote un Quote cash flow in the Charleston market at least what is the accepted norm with most BP investors.. But that's Ok we just flip houses and make more cash flow on one flip than you would on 5 rentals in 5 years LOL.. Love it there and I could not be farther away unless I was in Hawaii or Alaska !!!
