I'm new here to the forms. I'm active duty Air Force deployed to Afghanistan. I heard about BP form a friend out here and am hooked. I listen to 3-4 podcast a day, at least until I catch up. I have a rental house and Rehabbed my current primary. My wife is a new agent and we are trying to figure out what our next investment will be. We are looking at a pure flip, flip and hold or rehabbing another primary and turning our current into another rental. we have a $50 HELOC on our current primary. we are looking in the under $50k so that the transaction will be basically cash. We generally have $1k/month to invest. What are your thoughts. Which way would you go?
