Hello my name is David Todd,

I'm new to BP and would like to start out on the right foot by networking with others. Having little experience with networking, I refuse to drag my feet when it comes to this basic task. So, here I am, intrested in learning from experienced investors as well as speaking with those just starting out. I'm intrested in conversation with those who have their finger on the pulse of the Sacramento area and intrested in real estate invetments. I'm leaning towards flip and rehab/refurb since my experience is based on over 20 years as a finish trim contractor with a focus on stair and stair railing. I also have developed a quality skill set in cabinetry, boxbeam ceilings, crown moldings. I'll tackle just about any electrical, plumbing, framing or masonry project that needs my attention. I enjoy a challenging project. So, I'm now at the point where investing sounds like something I'm going to get serious about, I have to educate myself so I can apply my skills to my own investments .
