I was going to buy BP's new book on how to invest with no money, but then I remembered I have no money...

I've only been following the boards for a few weeks, but there is so much great info here!  I'm currently in college pursuing a degree in Real Estate Finance and Development here in San Antonio.

I would like to try to get my first rental property within the year, but I'm very much in the research stage and trying to map out the best way to go about this with little money to invest.

This is my first post, hadn't had anything to post about, just absorbing as much information as I can, but getting the email about the new book made me laugh, so I figured I'd post about it.
