Hi all,

I am a wanna be investor in real estate living in the Metro Detroit area in Michigan. I've been on the REI sidelines for a few years now, reading books and internet articles. I recently moved to Michigan, and with the state of the real estate market, I figured right now is about time to get off the bench and get into the game. I look forward to getting and offering (as I build experience) valuable advice here.
