Hello fellow investors 

My name is David Dometraschuk and my wife is Nicole Dometraschuk. We are real estate investors and business owners from Grande Prairie Alberta.  We are looking to increase our rental portfolio. Looking to invest into more Alberta properties but also open to opportunity’s where ever they may present them selves. 
We are looking to learn more and try the brrrr system. We currently own 6 doors with 5 of them paid off in full. The first goal we have set is to 20 doors. Ultimately looking to get to 100 doors. 
Looking forward to meeting investors and learning or teaching as much as we can.

If you are looking to buy, contact some PM in areas where you might want to invest.  They often have people looking to sell and will also know the local market (assuming you are looking outside Grande Prairie).  I'm in southern AB. I know there are others from Calgary and Edmonton on BP.

Thanks for the welcome and the advise. I am open to the south I have been looking in Calgary and Edmonton and will give some PMs a call. I have found a promising house in Sherwood Park that will be perfect for the brrrr and working on getting it for the right price. Nice to talk with you looking forward to meeting and talking to more people in the Alberta real estate market.

 I'm a bit further south in Lethbridge.  I definitely think a lot more people invest in the bigger cities. Good luck with your search.
