Hello BiggerPockets community! I'm Sean P Condon from the Imperial Valley, which is located in southern California. I'm currently living in Tennessee and travel the state east to west several times a year. I extremely passionate about real estate investing for the focus of my sole income to provide for my three  children. I'm particularly passionate about tapping into the Gatlinburg TN and Nashville TN areas. I'm currently very familiar with the Tri-Cities are of east TN. I've personally lived in Kingsport and have years of residential construction experience and have several contacts in that area that operate At the top of their respected trades. Please feel free to ask me any questions you might have if you ever find the desire to invest in that market area. It would be my pleasure to network with anyone who enjoys this business that I'm pleased to get up and hustle in daily!

Outside of real estate, I enjoy outdoor activities which include, riding four wheelers and off-roading in my truck. Fish and camping have also always been a regular pass time. The bread and butter of my personal life are my three children, two girls and one boy.

I'm excited and eager for network with any of you. I'm a family man, but am letting everyone know that I'm available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. If I can collaborate with someone at any point in time day or night, I personally just can't pass on any opportunity that comes my way.
