After years of listening to the BP podcast I finally joined.   I’ve invested in rentals in Florida for 15 years and am now shifting to out of state long term rentals so that I can scale.   Looking to get to over 50 properties in a few markets.  Currently, I am in the early stages of BRRRRing two properties and hunting for more.
