Hello, everyone! My name is April Patterson. I am a licensed Realtor in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, more specifically in NW Washington. I am also a veteran of the United States Navy! #GoNavy 

I live and breath real estate and veterans. I have approximately 10 years experience volunteering with veterans services in the nonprofit sector. I am well versed and up to date on the VA loan program as well as other resources to help veterans understand their benefits to help them reach their real estate goals!
