I recently joined BP to network and expand my knowledge and experience in MF RE investing.  Looking to acquire (initially) small, 2-4 properties outside of CA; focus on low-tax, high growth markets (e.g. TX, TN, FL, etc.).

Are you talking about property tax? Texas is not a low tax market.
