Also wanted to add. Join some local FB investing groups. They post plenty of Flip/Buy and hold opportunities rather than what's on the MLS.

Greater Cincinnati Real Estate Investors, Cincinnati / NKY Real Estate Investors / BRRR Invest Group. Just to name a few. Plenty out there to help get deal flow going.
Hi Itai, welcome! Are you actually living in Cincy? If so, I would highly recommend checking out REIA of Greater Cincinnati. There is a huge virtual community of members as well, but there is nothing like networking with like minded people in person.

Glad to have you here with us Itai - One of the first things I did when I joined, apart from searching the forums for the market I was getting ready to invest in, was lookup local meetups. If you go up to the "Build Your Team" part of the banner and then go to Events & Meetups, you'll be able to see if someone in/near your area has a meetup organized! I've had great success with this in my markets.
