Hi BP!

My name is Daniel Warren. I work on a tissue machine here at our paper mill in town. I have a wife (Kayla) and 4 kids( Peyton, Danielle, Kahlan, and Lennon). Kayla is a stay at home mom and handles the home front. I have wanted to get into real estate investing for a long time, just never put any action to it. Money is tight, and time is limited. I want REI as a retirement tool, and possibly an extra money source to be able to do things with my family and provide better for them. If income replacement becomes available, then I would call it an early retirement from the paper industry.

I have been researching flipping older mobile homes with owner financing, and would like to dive in right there. My long term goal is to have 20-30 rental properties for retirement. I was thinking about doing a mix between owner financing the mobile homes and holding some properties for rentals. After I began browsing this site, I came across wholesaling and I'm in the very beginning research phases on that and considering that as an option as well. Actually open to any niche, but those are the ones that are just jumping out at me at the moment.

Well that about covers me for this post I think other than to thank everyone that contributes to this community. I'm over my head in good info here.
