Newbie From Kissimmee FL. Looking to Network.
Yesssss. Im in.
Greetings BP.
First off, best app/site EVER made for REI. Mega props to the creators and innovators who came up with this. A true gift to anyone who is looking to gain quality information on Real Estate Investing.
I wish I had more hands. So I could give this site.... 4 thumbs up!!(Rick James Voice)
But seriously, I am looking to network with whoever is willing to work with me. Im eager to learn more and I plan to be very successful at this. Im going to start off wholesaling to build some capital. Then within a few months Id like to do a buy/flip. Then eventually have a few rentals for cash flow
Is this a good game plan? I don't have much money yet so this strategy should set me up on the right path.
Would LOVE to hear some feedback, advice or questions.
Thanks
Dean C.

Check out the Start Here page http://www.biggerpockets.com/starthere
Check out the free Bigger Pockets Real Estate Guide http://www.biggerpockets.com/real-estate-investing
Locate and attend 3 different local REIA club meetings great place to meet people gather resources and info. Here you will meet wholesalers and rehabbers (all the cash buyers you will need). Find out their purchasing criteria then find the deal.
Good Luck
Paul

Welcome to BiggerPockets @Dean Cooper! The general plan sounds good. It's time to break it down into measurable goals that you can track and set deadlines for. This will help you identify each actionable step you need to take to get everything going.
There's going to be a lot of education and stepping out of your comfort zone involved. That's the price you pay to make it happen! It's worth it and I hope you resolve to do so.
See you around the forums!

Haha @Dean Cooper "Almighty" - funny guy :)
Keep rocking it and stick close to BP! We love to talk with up and coming investors!
Welcome @Dean Cooper I think you have a solid game plan but I would probably wholesale for a year or so until you actually dive into a full renovation. Watch everyone around you do it until you literally have every PPSQFT memorized for every material cost ETC because usually the first time you flip a house is brutal as a beginner unless you JV with someone who really knows what they are doing. Hit me up at [email protected] if you want me to add you to my list of wholesale deals that you could probably sell. Good luck with everything duder, are you going to get licensed?
