Looking for bay area realtors

Hello everyone I am looking to connect with real estate agents/anyone of help, preferably in the east bay(Oakland/Vallejo/Berkeley), But open to areas around the bay (hayward/fremont/San Jose) looking to fix and flip. Around 400k-750k is what we want our purchase price to be(open to areas but of course location matters).Please let me know of any opportunities guys! we have our lender and were ready to roll.
