Bella Vista, AR occasional handyman

Hello,

Does anyone have any recommendations on handymen/handywomen who would be okay with a very part-time occasional schedule in the Bella Vista, AR/Hiwasse, AR area? 

They really don't have to be all that handy, just able to answer the phone, be dependable and check on things/sweep/spray for weeds/etc. I think it would be ideal for a retired person or someone with a flexible schedule.
