clarification for redemption period for tax deed in alabama
The tax deed property has been sold to the state of alabama for tax liability for three years. If i purchase the property, i.e. 06/30/17, am I to understand, the owner has three years from my purchase date to redeem propert. Will the date issue a tax deed immediately or do I have to wait and pay property until 2020.
