Branson Market Questions
I'm interested in the market for STR in the Branson, MO area. It's only about an hour and a half away from me by car and I noticed that there seems to be a lot of properties on the market for lower prices compared to a lot of other markets out there.
I've read that some properties require you to go through them for property management and some may not even permit STR so I'm interested if anyone knows exactly which properties do allow for these things and allow self-management. I'm also interested to know a ball-park figure of much capital I would need to be looking to put down to get started in this specific market. If anyone has any experience in the market feel free to chime in.
