Best Z-Wave/Nexia Thermostat for Vacation Rentals?

Steven James
Posted

Hi all,

New to Bigger Pockets, here.

I have a short-term vacation rental, and I want a thermostat that meets the following criteria:

1. Z-Wave/Nexia Compatible.
2. Is password protected, or otherwise does not allow guests to make any changes to any of the settings.
3. Allows the owner to set temperature parameters so guests can only make minor changes in the temperature settings.

Does anyone know of a thermostat that meets all of this criteria? For some reason, it's so hard to find informative information about thermostats. Even when I read their online instruction manuals, they never clearly answer the questions I might have.

Thanks everyone! :)
