Ocean City Maryland Auctions
I am looking to purchase a condo, home or multi in Ocean City MD. I've tried looking for county lists of foreclosure auctions and haven't been able to dig much up. I did find a tax auction list for the whole county but it did not provide address so I'm not sure if any of those properties were even in OCMD.
If anyone has any information on OCMD auctions, or maybe has some leads on dilapidated vacation rentals in the area, please let me know!
Would love to also connect with any OCMD property managers!
just a few websites from the google search

tax sale https://www.co.worcester.md.us/departments/treasur...
but your best bet is to find whats sold at the courthouse (Alex Cooper handles some, but not all).
I don't have any lists per se but I have driven the Montego Bay and Ocean Pines neighborhoods pretty extensively. There is a ton of flipping activity in there and if you drive it in the winter you can quickly pick the vacation rentals vs the year round residents homes. There are still a decent amount of homes in there that have been inherited or need to be rehabbed and a handful of waterfront lots with old trailers on them.
Every time I am down there I drive the neighborhood and make calls for fun. A lot of people are in the position where they know they need to sell but the property holds sentimental value. There is no doubt in my mind that if I actively worked that neighborhood I would have flipped a few but OC is only a vacation destination for me and thus I only passively investigate.
I (my family) have done one rebuild in the neighborhood. Bought a waterfront lot with an old trailer on it and put a 4 bd double wide home in its place. I can dig up the builder info if you are serious about investing down there.
Good luck!
@Andrew Michael If you come up with anything I'd be interested in looking at it
