vacation rentals in Coachella Valley

Hello everyone!

I'm looking for a good vacation rental, a SFR, 3/2 or 2/2 with a pool, <350k. Ideally, I'd like to see rentals from the annual music festivals as well as general tourism in the So-Cal area (goal: 10% or greater ROI).

After searching and reading the older posts, seems that Indio, La Quinta, Palm Desert, and Palm Springs are all pretty good candidates for this purpose. I'm leaning towards Indio due to the proximity to the festivals. Any thoughts on a particular area in this region would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
